The cross stands in the middle of our congregation's logo, a reminder that the life, death and resurrection of Jesus is at the center of our faith and our life together.

The world surrounds the cross. As Christians, we find ourselves, like Jesus, in the midst of this world, which God made beautiful. However, the world, because of sin, is not always as it ought to be. Jesus saves us on the cross and then sends us back out into the world. In this world, we are called to reflect Christ to our neighbor.

The seven doves surround the world. These seven doves represent the gifts of the Holy Spirit. As Jesus sends us back out into the world, he did not send us alone. He sends us with the Holy Spirit, who gives us gifts for ministry. One of the greatest gifts the Holy Spirit gives is the community. Here at Zion's we recognize that we need to work together to be cross-centered disciples in this world.
